I am the mom of two little girls, one eight and one four....We live in California. I found myself volunteering to be a bluebird leader when I swore I wouldn't add another thing to my to-do list. My mom was the leader of my bluebird/camp fire group growing up and we have always been extremely close. I realize now how influential that camp fire experience was for me (and my mom), fostering a love for nature and a concern for my community. I work full time as an ultrasonographer and have two older stepkids as well, plus I make crafty stuff on the side.
